Polly Lin was born in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to Southern California in 1997 where she studied at California State University, Long Beach and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration.

Polly dreamed of being a manga artist when she was a teenager. She was able to work with her mentor, renowned manga artist, Iona Liu, as an apprentice at the age of 19.

She currently lives and works in Los Angeles as a graphic designer. However, she never forgets her passion for illustration and constantly produces new work during her free time including tattoo design, apparel graphics, and editorials. Her goal is to create her own art brand that advocates her identity in visual arts, utilizing various media, including but not limited to traditional media, digital design, animation, and product development.
